The successful candidate will be responsible for providing onsite logistical support and managing materials to ensure smooth operations at our project sites. This role is crucial for maintaining efficiency and effectiveness in our project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Logistical Support:
- Coordinate daily logistical activities to support project operations.
- Ensure timely delivery and distribution of materials and equipment to project sites.
- Manage transportation schedules and liaise with vendors and suppliers for logistics arrangements.
- Monitor and report on the status of shipments and deliveries.

- Material Management:
- Oversee the inventory management system, including tracking and recording materials received and issued.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and availability of materials.
- Maintain and update records of material movements and stock levels.
- Coordinate with procurement teams to reorder materials as needed.

- Site Coordination:
- Provide onsite support for the mobilization and demobilization of equipment and personnel.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of materials at project sites.
- Assist with the setup and maintenance of onsite facilities and infrastructure.




- Address and resolve any logistical and material-related issues that arise at the project site.

- Compliance and Safety:
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations related to logistics and material management.
- Promote and enforce safety standards and procedures for material handling and storage.
- Participate in safety meetings and contribute to the development of safety protocols.

- Communication and Reporting:
- Communicate effectively with project managers, site supervisors, and other stakeholders regarding logistical and material needs.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on logistical activities and material status.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for project goals.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in logistics and material management, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
- Solid organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
