This Summer Internship offers a launchpad like no other. You’ll be supported by experienced professionals and exposed to our innovative digital Consulting tools. From May through August 2027, you’ll dive into real client work, learning how businesses operate and how trust is built through consulting services.

Experiences and Skills You’ll Use to Solve: As an intern at our Workforce Transformation Practice, you'll help clients navigate disruption, unlock talent potential, and build a future-ready workforce and organizations. Working within an integrated team, you’ll apply strategic thinking alongside PwC’s global approaches and advanced tools to deliver impactful solutions that rethink operating models, optimize HR functions, and enable sustainable workforce and culture transformations.
This internship provides a unique launchpad to build your consulting skills, work alongside seasoned professionals, and see the real impact of your contributions. You’ll engage with firm leaders, participate in client sessions, and be part of a vibrant, inclusive culture fueled by collaboration and curiosity.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Support client teams through all project phases—from strategy to implementation
- Conduct market research, analyze data, and identify insights to inform client recommendations
- Help create project deliverables, client presentations, and proposal materials
- Build your and your team’s technical expertise across local, national, and global networks
- Participate in professional development, networking events, and community initiatives
- Stay current on industry trends to contribute to thought leadership and strengthen your PwC brand
What you’ll bring to this role:
- Enrolled in third year of post-secondary programs in Business, Commerce, Analytics, Human Resources, Engineering, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Strong curiosity, self-motivation, and passion for client-focused innovation and continuous learning
- Flexibility and resilience to navigate ambiguity and change in energetic client environments
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with presentation design and facilitation
- Familiarity or keen interest in design thinking, talent management, change management, HR or workforce
- Knowledge or experience with technology, AI, digital analytics tools, cloud-based technology implementations, and HR or enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Workday, Microsoft)
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and analytical mindset
- We'd love it even more if you’re bilingual in English and French, however this isn't a requirement.

- The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $70,000. Eligible employees will also have the opportunity to participate in our performance pay programs which are designed to reward individual and firm-wide achievements. We are committed to offering competitive compensation and adhere to all relevant pay transparency legislation.
