- Determine root causes of engine component failures
- Prepare detailed technical reports for clients
- Document component conditions during disassembly
- Analyze individual parts and their functions
- Lead or partake in process improvement initiatives Requirements:
- Engineering degree in related field preferred
- Experience with large diesel engines, especially Caterpillar
- Strong skills in root cause analysis
