We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Mechanical/Plumbing Service Coordinator to join our team.

- Coordinate and manage service calls from customer request all the way through completion
- Review Service requests and determine materials, equipment, and expertise for each job
- Coordinate technician schedules to maximize efficiency, productivity, and response times
- Communicate with technicians throughout the job to ensure if it’s progressing effectively and mitigate any issues
- Monitor service contracts and preventative maintenance schedules to ensure work is completed by the deadline
- Maintain records of customers, equipment, service history, ordering materials, and maintenance requirements
- Be the bridge between customer/technicians and the company management
- Capable of dispatching appropriate technician based upon what is required and expertise




- Have comprehensive understanding of HVAC, plumbing/mechanical systems and general terminology
- Ensure proper workflow is being completed with company procedures, safety requirements, and efficiency
- Review notes from jobs completed work completed, hours, and notes are accurately recorded
- Eager to contribute to the expansion of the company.
- Site visits as required.
- Other duties as required

Requirements and Qualifications
- 0-5 year of experience in a similar role (preferred)
- Experience in commercial construction (preferred)
- Experience using Trimble AccuBid (preferred)
- Mechanical Engineering Technology Diploma or similar training.
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines in the face of shifting priorities
- Reliable, self motivated, and goal driven
- Strong team player with an ability to work independently
- Strong blueprint reading, and mathematical skills
- Ability to influence others to action
- Strong customer service skills with a safety mindset
