Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and personable Aesthetician to join our beauty and wellness team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional skincare treatments, beauty services, and guest experiences in a welcoming environment. This role involves delivering personalized consultations, performing various aesthetic procedures, and promoting retail products to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.

Duties

- Perform skincare treatments including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and makeup application with attention to detail and safety standards
- Provide expert advice on skincare routines, product recommendations, and retail sales to clients
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene in all treatment areas and equipment
- Deliver exceptional guest services by creating a relaxing atmosphere and addressing client needs effectively
- Assist at the front desk with guest check-in, appointment scheduling, and product demos
- Upsell services and retail products to maximize client satisfaction and business growth
- Conduct product demonstrations to educate clients about new skincare lines or treatments
- Support nail care services if qualified, including manicures and pedicures




- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and uphold the salon’s standards of excellence

Requirements

- Valid state licensing as an Aesthetician or Skin Care Specialist
- Proven experience in skincare treatments such as facials, waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols and safety procedures in a salon or spa setting
- Ability to promote retail sales through upselling techniques and product demos
- Excellent communication skills to clearly explain treatments and recommend appropriate services
- Experience working at the front desk or in guest services is a plus
- Passion for beauty, wellness, and helping clients look and feel their best
