About the Position

We are currently hiring for full-time positions at our medical aesthetics clinic in Mississauga.

We are looking for candidates interested in joining our team as either a Medical Aesthetician or Medical Spa Receptionist / Sales Associate.

Previous experience in the medical aesthetics industry is an asset, but it is not required. We are willing to provide training to the right candidates.

The ideal candidate is professional, responsible, friendly, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a client-facing environment.

Specific responsibilities may vary depending on the position, previous experience, and individual strengths.

Responsibilities May Include

- Welcoming and assisting clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Answering phone calls, messages, and client inquiries
- Scheduling, confirming, and managing appointments
- Client check-in and checkout
- Processing payments
- Following up with new and existing clients
- Assisting with treatment and service inquiries
- Supporting treatment package and service sales
- Assisting with medical aesthetic treatments and treatment preparation
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional clinic setting
- Maintaining accurate client information and records
- Providing excellent customer service throughout the client experience
- Working closely with other team members





Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, reliable, and responsible
- Good customer service skills
- Willingness to learn and receive training
- Comfortable working directly with clients
- Interest in the medical aesthetics and beauty industry
- Previous experience in medical aesthetics, beauty, reception, customer service, or sales is an asset
- Sales experience is an asset
- Mandarin Chinese is a strong asset
- Must be available to work weekends

Compensation
- Training period: $18/hour
- After successful completion of training: $22-28/hour
- Commission opportunities available

Medical aestheticians who participate in sales may also be eligible for commission.

Schedule

- Full-time
- Approximately 35–45 hours per week
- Typical working hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Weekend availability is required
