SkinMed is looking for a confident, energetic, and results-driven Medical Aesthetic Sales Consultant to join our growing team. This is a high-touch, consultative sales role where you'll work directly with clients following their introductory treatments.

You'll learn about their aesthetic goals, review recommendations from our professional team, and confidently guide them toward the membership, treatment plan, and products that best fit their needs. If you're motivated by results, comfortable asking for the sale, and excited by the opportunity to earn strong commission, we want to meet you.

What You'll Do

As a Medical Aesthetic Sales Consultant, you'll play a key role in turning great client experiences into long-term relationships.

You'll

- Welcome and connect with new and existing clients
- Meet with clients following their introductory treatments
- Learn about their skincare concerns, goals, and priorities




- Review treatment recommendations from the aesthetician
- Educate clients on available treatments and membership options
- Recommend personalized treatment plans based on each client's needs
- Confidently present pricing, packages, and membership options
- Close sales and convert consultations into memberships and treatment plans
- Follow up with leads and clients to maximize opportunities
- Sell treatment packages, memberships, and skincare products
- Build strong relationships that encourage client retention and repeat business
- Work toward and exceed individual and location sales goals
- Provide a polished, professional, and exceptional client experience

and asking clients to make a decision.

POLISHED & PROFESSIONAL. You understand the importance of creating a premium client experience.

PASSIONATE. An interest in beauty, skincare, wellness, fitness, or aesthetics is a strong asset.

TECH-SAVVY. You're comfortable learning new technology, CRM systems, and sales tools.

A STRONG COMMUNICATOR. Excellent English communication skills are required.

Previous experience in sales is strongly preferred, but medical aesthetics experience is not required.
