Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa – Guelph

Hand & Stone Guelph is looking for a talented, client-focused Medical Esthetician to join our growing team.

As part of our spa, you'll deliver customized facial treatments, relaxation massage, waxing, and advanced esthetic services while building long-term relationships with clients. We provide paid training, premium products, and ongoing education so you can continue growing your skills and your career.

What You'll Do

- Perform customized facial treatments, skin consultations and create treatment plans for every guest
- Deliver exceptional relaxation massage experiences
- Provide face and body waxing services including bikini and brazilian
- Perform laser hair removal (training available for the right candidate)
- Recommend professional skincare treatment plans and homecare products for every guest
- Educate clients on treatment plans and membership benefits
- Maintain exceptional sanitation and treatment room standards
- Support and learn front desk and spa operations as part of a collaborative team

We're Looking For Someone Who
- Holds a Canadian Esthetics diploma (that includes a minimum 40 hours of massage training)
- Has strong facial and waxing skills
- Is passionate about skincare, massage and client care
- Enjoys working in a supportive, team-oriented environment
- Is motivated to build lasting client relationships and grow professionally




- Has flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

Special Consideration will be made for candidates who have any or all:
- Are already familiar with Dermalogica products, or have completed Dermalogica online education
- Are already certified on InMode laser hair removal
- Have Bikini and Brazilian waxing certification
