Responsibilities

- Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and makeup application with precision and care.
- Provide exceptional guest services by listening attentively to client needs and offering tailored recommendations.
- Conduct product demonstrations and educate clients on skincare lines, retail products, and home care routines to enhance results.
- Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards throughout all treatments to ensure client safety and comfort.
- Assist at the front desk by scheduling appointments, managing client check-ins, and handling retail sales with enthusiasm.




- Upsell additional services or products to maximize client satisfaction and revenue opportunities.
- Support the team with retail displays, product demos, and promotional events to boost brand awareness.

Requirements

- Valid state licensure as a Medical Esthetician or equivalent credential required.
- Proven experience in skincare treatments such as facials, waxing, eyelash extensions, and makeup application preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect confidently with diverse clients.
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols and commitment to maintaining a clean treatment environment.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to handle retail sales effectively while providing informative product recommendations.
- Experience in hospitality or guest services is a plus; enthusiasm for helping clients feel their best is essential.
