Medical Clinic Assistant

Our very busy medical dermatology clinic is looking for a medical office assistant.

We strive are looking for an energetic, friendly, and passionate team member.

You should be able to work at the front desk and/or assist the physician during clinical duties.

- We have a full time position available

We are looking for the following skills from the individuals:

- Strong command of both spoken and written English (any second language would be an asset)
- Solid Organizational Skills
- Have a passion for providing a good patient experience
- Be able to provide excellent support to all doctors and your colleagues as well
- Be computer literate and willing to learn how to work with various office software including EMR - Accuro
- Have good keyboarding skills and be quick and accurate (60WPM)
- Our office is paperless and we are always striving to find new ways to do things better
- Versatile, eager to learn, multi tasking, enjoy patients’ interactions, and strong interpersonal skills
- Prepare to work undrer stress in a busy setting and be a teamworker

Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $19.00 per hour
