Role Overview

As a Medical Office Representative, you will support front desk operations in a busy physician practice and play a key role in creating a positive patient experience while ensuring efficient office workflows.

Key Responsibilities

- Greeting and assisting patients during check-in and check-out
- Collecting payments and processing revenue cycle activities




- Scheduling appointments, procedures, and surgeries
- Handling patient inquiries and resolving administrative concerns
- Entering physician orders and maintaining accurate patient records
- Utilizing various computer systems to manage provider schedules
- Communicating with patients regarding appointments and follow-up needs
- Supporting daily office operations and administrative functions
- Performing other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Education

- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)

Experience

- Six (6) months of healthcare experience OR
- Six (6) months of customer service experience
