As a Supervisor, you will take the lead in planning, scheduling, and assigning resources to ensure all repairs and servicing are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Lead and motivate a unionized team responsible for maintenance, inspections, testing, and repairs on locomotives, mobile equipment, and vehicles used in plant, yard, and road service Ensure all repairs and train servicing meet regulatory and company standards, including Association of American Railroads (AAR), Transport Canada, and CPKC policies Collaborate with internal and external partners to enhance operational fluidity and achieve compliance with the Local Service Operating Plan and overall Operating Plan Drive accountability for performance metrics, including safety, service, productivity, and financial results Conduct thorough shift briefings to ensure accurate documentation and seamless communication with the next Supervisor on duty High school diploma or general equivalency Available to work all types of shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays in all weather conditions Read and understand safety instructions,
