We are seeking friendly, skilled, and service-oriented, part-time Member Experience Representatives to join our Member Experience team at The Glencoe Club. As a Member Experience Representative, you will be the first point of contact for members, guests, and visitors, serving as the face of The Glencoe Club. Based at our front desk, you will welcome members and guests, answer phone calls, provide accurate and up-to-date information, assist with inquiries, process transactions, and help ensure a seamless and positive experience for everyone who enters the Club.
This evening position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in creating exceptional experiences for members and guests.

Responsibilities:
- Providing a high level of member service that exceeds expectations in all service aspects with prompt friendly greetings,
directing, activity bookings, program registration, security and administrative duties as needed
- Ensuring timely and effective two-way communication (verbal, written) between members, staff and Supervisor
- Ensuring members are adhering to rules and regulations, including guest sign-in procedures
- Problem solving member access issues and providing membership cards/fobs as needed
- Processing and recording member payments as required
- Completing introduction letters for members visiting affiliated clubs and verifying members are in good standing
- Being fully comfortable with phone systems including transferring, placing calls on hold, emergency response and assisting with long-distance phone calls
Qualifications:
- A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer, member or client facing role; Recreational, Club and/or business admin environments, would be considered an asset
- Professional communication skills and telephone etiquette
- Knowledgeable in excel, google sheets, and booking and POS systems is considered an asset.
- A diplomatic, outgoing personality and the ability to foster relationships with members and employees
- Ability to handle stressful situations
- Standard First Aid/CPR Level C is considered an asset

Additional Details: These are part-time positions reporting to the Member Experience Supervisor. These positions will primarily cover reception for Midday and evening shifts, which typically start around 11:00am or 4pm and finish between 7:30 PM and midnight. Flexibility is important, as hours may vary to support events and building operations. Availability on Saturdays and Sundays is required.
