Health is hiring a Registered Clinical Social Worker to join our mental health team. In this position, you will conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and design treatment plans rooted in evidence-based practices. Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Social Work and have at least five years of relevant clinical experience in mental health and substance use services. Key Responsibilities:

- Perform complex assessments to determine client diagnoses
- Deliver therapeutic services through evidence-based practices
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team on client care




- Educate various stakeholders about mental health matters
- Document client progress and treatment outcomes thoroughly Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
