Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Millwright to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of machinery and equipment in various agricultural and Industrial settings. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical systems, electrical components, and the ability to read schematics. The Millwright will play a crucial role in ensuring operational efficiency and reliability.

Responsibilities

- Install, maintain, and repair machinery and equipment in accordance with specifications and safety standards.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform necessary repairs to minimize downtime.
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals to understand machine functions.
- Collaborate with other trades such as industrial electricians to complete complex projects.




- Perform welding tasks as needed for repairs or modifications to equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications

- Must be 3rd term Apprentice or fully licensed
- Proficiency in English is required for effective communication within the team and with clients.
- Previous experience as a Millwright or in a similar role is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team while demonstrating robust problem-solving skills.
- Welding experience is a plus, particularly in relation to equipment repair or modification.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour
