Our highly trained Associates work with our Customers at every stage of the manufacturing process; from concept to finished product. Our services include in-house design, rapid prototyping, tooling, metal stamping, fabrication, VA/VE solutions, and sequenced modular assembly.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITY

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the Millwright is responsible for troubleshooting and repairing problems with any mechanical, pneumatic or hydraulic equipment in the Mississauga plant of DBG Canada Limited. The responsibilities also include preventive maintenance and maintaining critical spare parts for routine repairs.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on presses, welders, automated equipment, and plant machinery.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems and coordinate repairs with contractors as needed.
- Read and interpret mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic schematics.
- Operate power/machine tools and fabricate basic parts as required.




- Perform welding, brazing, soldering, and plasma cutting.
- Complete equipment overhauls, major repairs, dismantling, rigging, and reassembly.
- Maintain accurate preventive maintenance records using manual and CMMS systems.
- Provide technical support and maintenance recommendations to manufacturing teams.
- Follow all company safety, quality, environmental, and operational policies.

Requirements

- Valid Ontario 433A Industrial Millwright Certificate of Qualification (or equivalent technical education/experience).
- 3–5 years of experience in a stamping and welding manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, and industrial equipment troubleshooting.
- Experience with CMMS, process flow, and manufacturing engineering is an asset.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $29.00-$33.00 per hour
