We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in either MMA kickboxing and/or Muay Thai. This role is essential in fostering a safe and engaging learning environment for students. As an Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, ensuring that each student develops their skills effectively while enjoying the process.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement lesson plans tailored to the skill levels of students.
- Instruct students in various techniques and safety practices.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their learning experience.
- Create a positive and encouraging atmosphere that motivates students to achieve their goals.
- Ensure the safety of all participants by enforcing rules and regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the teaching area and equipment.
Experience
- Previous experience in either MMA/Muay Thai/ kickboxing instruction or a related fields is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and inspire students.
- Ability to work well in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
