Join Agnico Eagle as a Mobile Reliability Specialist at the Macassa Mine in Kirkland Lake, Ontario. This role focuses on enhancing mobile equipment reliability, safety, and performance across the fleet. As a Mobile Reliability Specialist, you will report to the Maintenance Planning & Reliability General Supervisor.

Your primary tasks will include providing technical expertise in maintenance strategies, defect elimination, and performance monitoring for both underground and surface mobile equipment. Your engineering judgement and collaboration with various stakeholders will be key to achieving optimal reliability outcomes. Key Responsibilities:

- Drive reliability improvement initiatives across mobile equipment fleet
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies and programs




- Lead Asset Criticality Assessments and failure analysis studies
- Oversee condition monitoring and ensure compliance with standards
- Analyze equipment performance and eliminate chronic issues

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
- Minimum 4 years of maintenance engineering experience
- Robust knowledge of heavy mobile equipment
- Proficiency with CMMS and data analysis tools
- Expertise in reliability engineering methodologies
