Looking for a reliable and experienced Morning Prep / Kitchen Staff member to help prepare the restaurant before opening.

This position is focused on getting all ingredients and prep work ready for the day. You will follow our SOPs and handle tasks such as food preparation, portioning, weighing ingredients, and general kitchen prep.

Job Details

- Pay: $90–$100 per day
- Not hourly paid — daily pay is based on completing the assigned prep work
- Work in the morning and finish by 2:00 PM
- The workload is generally around 3–5 hours, depending on your experience, speed, and ability to work independently
- If you work efficiently and finish the prep early, you can leave early
- Currently looking for availability 6–7 days per week
- During the winter season, the schedule may be approximately 6 days per week
- This can be a reliable, ongoing position for someone with consistent morning availability

Responsibilities

- Complete daily food preparation before opening
- Prepare ingredients and toppings according to our SOPs
- Portion and weigh ingredients accurately
- Follow recipes and preparation procedures
- Keep the prep and kitchen area clean and organized




- Complete assigned prep work independently and on time

Qualifications Restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred, especially experience in:

- Restaurant kitchen / kitchen helper
- Food preparation / Prep Cook
- Line Cook
- Bubble tea / beverage shop
- Bakery

We are looking for someone who:
- Can work independently without constant supervision
- Can read and follow SOPs and recipes
- Knows how to use a scale, measuring cups, and basic kitchen equipment
- Works carefully and efficiently
- Has good attention to detail
- Can maintain a consistent working speed
- Most importantly, has reliable morning availability and can complete the assigned work before 2:00 PM
