Dor-Co Sales & Service Ltd. is looking for a well-rounded, mechanically inclined service technician to support our growing operations throughout Grand Bend, Sarnia, Wallaceburg, and surrounding communities. This role covers residential, commercial, and industrial door systems as well as loading-dock equipment.

What you'll work on

 Commercial and residential overhead doors and operators

 Dock levelers, vehicle restraints, seals, shelters, and hydraulic equipment

 Automatic doors, hollow metal doors, frames, and hardware

 Low-voltage wiring, controls, sensors, switches, and safety devices

 Welding, fabrication, and general mechanical repairs

 Reading wiring diagrams and using electrical testing equipment

What we're looking for

 Door-and-dock industry experience is preferred





 Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities

 Able to work independently and diagnose problems in the field

 Skilled attitude and strong customer-service skills

 Valid driver's licence with a clean driving record The ideal candidate will have broad hands-on experience with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, welding, door, and dock systems. Training will be provided to the right mechanically inclined candidate.
