The City of Thunder Bay is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on City buildings, equipment and grounds. You will test alarm systems, maintain mechanical systems (heating, cooling, plumbing, electrical), and ensure protected, clean facilities.
Responsibilities include daily HVAC checks, minor janitorial work, maintaining records, and assisting with safety and compliance tasks as required by the Facilities Services Section.
