Canadian Lifecare Learning (CLL) is seeking motivated and proactive professionals to join our growing organization as Team Leads / Independent Contractors across multiple departments.

- Business Development & Partnership Lead
- Social Media Lead
- Digital Marketing Lead
- Business Systems Lead
- Operations Lead
- Research Lead

? Location: GTA area – applicants should be located in the Greater Toronto Area ? Initial Collaboration: October 1, 2026 – March 31, 2027

⏰ Flexible schedule – no minimum hours

Key Responsibilities

- Take ownership of your assigned department and its activities.
- Develop and improve systems, processes, and SOPs.
- Set, monitor, and report department KPIs.
- Coordinate projects, tasks, and priorities.
- Support and guide assigned team members.
- Identify challenges and recommend practical solutions.
- Collaborate with other Team Leads and CLL leadership.
- Provide regular updates and performance reports.
- Contribute ideas that support CLL’s growth and continuous improvement.
