Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Music Teacher that wants to Partner with us to build the Music School at our store. This is an chance for an entrepreneurial minded teacher who is tired of working from home, wants to expand and achieve more with the support base that our store can provide. We are not a big school, but we can do more and we are looking for the right person to partner with.

You will still earn money from directly teaching students, but will also earn commissions from the growth of new students for the entire school.

Duties

- Develop social media content, promote the school and bring on new students
- Oversee the schedule and manage communications with the other teachers
- Recruit new teachers when needed
- Plan and organize recitals and other events,



develop new student programs
- Teach music across diverse age groups and proficiency levels

Skills

- Proven experience teaching music, ideally you are a multi-instrumentalist
- Excellent communication skills to motivate and connect with other teachers, students and families effectively
- Administration experience, organizational skills
- Social media marketing and promotional capabilities
