Duties

- Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and care
- Conduct body waxing treatments safely and hygienically, ensuring client comfort and satisfaction
- Provide personalized beauty advice and recommend additional services or retail products to enhance client results
- Maintain strict sanitation standards by sterilizing tools and cleaning workstations after each appointment
- Engage with clients through excellent customer service, listening carefully to their needs and preferences
- Upsell retail products such as skincare or nail care items to boost sales and improve client results
- Keep detailed records of treatments performed,

Skills

- Proven experience in nail care techniques including gel, acrylics, and nail art
- Knowledge of body waxing procedures and best practices for safety and hygiene
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their beauty goals

- Excellent sanitation practices to ensure a clean, safe environment for clients and staff
- Outstanding customer service skills that create a welcoming atmosphere
- Retail sales experience to promote products that complement services offered
