Job Summary

We are a family located 15 minutes outside of Saskatoon looking for a reliable, caring part-time nanny for our two young children: a 14-month-old and a nearly 3-year-old.

Responsibilities

- Create a safe, welcoming setting that promotes children's physical, emotional, and cognitive development

- Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities that encourage curiosity and learning

- Prepare nutritious meals and snacks, ensuring dietary needs and preferences are met

Qualifications and Requirements

- Prior experience working with children in a caregiving or educational setting is highly preferred

- Comfortable with flexible weekly schedule

- Ability to prepare healthy meals and snacks suitable for young children

- Ability to perform cleaning duties related to child care environments

- Cooking skills to prepare simple nutritious meals for children

- Early Childhood Educator (ECE)

- Previous experience as a nanny or in childcare

- CPR and First Aid certification (required)

- Vulnerable Sector Criminal Record Check (required; reimbursement provided if hired)

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required

- Trustworthy, responsible, and dependable

- Fun, patient, and engaging personality with a genuine love for children

- Must be located near Saskatoon, Sk.

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
