ERP League is looking for a senior NetSuite Solution Architect & Pre-Sales Consultant to support our growing NetSuite practice in Canada.

The role combines business consulting, solution architecture, pre-sales, and delivery oversight . You will work with customers and internal teams to understand business requirements, design NetSuite solutions, conduct demonstrations, prepare proposals and estimates, and support successful delivery.

Pre-Sales & Business Development

- Conduct customer discovery and requirement workshops.
- Understand business processes and pain points.
- Design and present NetSuite solutions.
- Conduct customer-focused NetSuite demonstrations.
- Support RFP/RFI responses.
- Prepare estimates, proposals, timelines, and SOWs.
- Identify opportunities for additional modules, integrations, and SuiteApps.

Solution Architecture

- Design end-to-end NetSuite solutions across:
- Financial Management
- Order-to-Cash
- Procure-to-Pay
- Inventory & Warehouse
- Manufacturing
- Supply Chain
- CRM
- SuiteBilling / Revenue Management
- OneWorld
- Reporting & Analytics
- E-commerce
- Integrations

Technical & Integration Advisory

- Provide guidance on SuiteScript 2.x/2.1, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, SuiteAnalytics/SuiteQL.
- Advise on SuiteTalk REST/SOAP, RESTlets, OAuth/TBA.
- Work with middleware such as Celigo, Boomi, MuleSoft, or similar.
- Provide guidance on data migration, security, roles, SuiteApps, and NetSuite environments.

Delivery Oversight

- Review solution designs, scope, and estimates.
- Support project kickoffs and design workshops.
- Identify delivery risks and support escalations.
- Ensure solutions are scalable,



realistic, and maintainable.

Required Experience

- 10+ years of ERP consulting experience.
- 7+ years of hands-on NetSuite experience.
- Multiple full-cycle NetSuite implementations.
- Strong NetSuite architecture and business-process knowledge.
- Proven NetSuite pre-sales / solution consulting experience.
- Experience conducting discovery workshops and NetSuite demonstrations.
- Experience preparing proposals, estimates, and SOWs.
- Strong knowledge of NetSuite Financials and core ERP processes.
- NetSuite integration and SuiteCloud experience.
- Excellent customer-facing communication and presentation skills.

Preferred

- NetSuite ERP Consultant certification.
- SuiteFoundation certification.
- SuiteCloud Developer certification.
- NetSuite OneWorld experience.
- Manufacturing / Distribution / Wholesale experience.
- SuiteBilling / Revenue Management experience.
- WMS, 3PL, logistics, or supply-chain experience.
- E-commerce integration experience.
- Experience working with North American customers.
- Existing Canadian NetSuite ecosystem relationships

Engagement
- Approximately 2 days per week initially.
- Versatile schedule based on customer meetings and opportunities.
- Primarily remote.
- Occasional customer meetings in Ontario/GTA.
- Contractual engagement initially.
- Compensation based on experience and seniority.
- Potential to transition into a full-time leadership role as the Canadian NetSuite practice grows.
