We are looking for a few candidates who are team players to be a part of our recent home build construction team. We are currently looking for lead and helper roles. We offer comparable wages and benefits. Looking for someone to start immediately and must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities (Lead Installer)

- Lead your team on new home build installing furnace and ac units
- Maintain communication with your team and manager
- Take care to maintain a clean, safe and efficient working environment.
- On-site installation and testing of heating and AC systems.
- Keeping worksite clean and working safely.
- Having a positive attitude and working well with other workers on site
- Have and maintain a clean driving record.
- Ability to train your helper
- Able to have job completed within scheduled timelines

Qualifications:
- Residential new construction installation experience
- Sheetmetal journeyman ticket
- Must be able and willing to hold a positive, safe and professional attitude.

Responsibilities (Helper)




- Work well on a team and under direction of the team leader
- Maintain communication with your manager and remaining team
- Assist with onsite clean up and keeping material organized
- Working safely
- Having a positive attitude and working well with other workers on site
- Have and maintain a clean driving record.
- Able to have job completed within scheduled timelines

Qualifications:
- Residential new construction experience would be an asset but not required.
- Must be able and willing to hold a positive, safe and professional attitude.
