Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and personable Night Auditor/Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. This role is essential in providing exceptional guest services during overnight hours, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining the hotel’s reputation for excellence. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and experience in hospitality or front desk operations.

Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly valued to assist a diverse guest population. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic workplace where professionalism and guest satisfaction are paramount. Shift will be 8pm-8am or midnight to 8am.

Duties

- Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and courteously
- Manage multi-line phone systems, handle guest inquiries, and provide accurate information about hotel services and local attractions
- Maintain accurate records of guest accounts, process payments, and handle billing discrepancies
- Respond promptly to guest requests, complaints, or concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Conduct nightly audits of hotel accounts to ensure accuracy of financial transactions and prepare reports for management




- Monitor security by conducting room inspections and ensuring the safety of guests and staff during overnight hours
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and updating guest records
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining a welcoming environment for all guests

Experience

- Previous experience in front desk operations or hotel reception is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, including proficiency with multi-line phone systems
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus to better serve diverse clientele
- Familiarity with hospitality standards, guest services, and hotel software systems is advantageous
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining high levels of professionalism and attentiveness

Pay: $16.50-$16.75 per hour
