Night Baker

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Night Baker to join our bakery production team.

This is a hands-on overnight position focused on preparing and baking products for the next day's service. We are looking for someone with professional bakery experience who can work efficiently and maintain consistent quality in daily production.

Responsibilities

Prepare and bake croissants, Danish pastries, breads, and other bakery products

Handle dough preparation, shaping, proofing, and baking

Prepare fillings and other components required for daily production

Follow recipes, production schedules, and established procedures

Maintain consistent quality, size, appearance, and baking standards

Organize and pack finished products for the next day's service

Maintain a clean and organized workstation

Follow food safety and sanitation standards





Complete the overnight production schedule on time

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of professional bakery or pastry experience is required

Experience with croissants, laminated dough, and pastry production is an asset

Good understanding of proofing and baking

Able to work independently during overnight hours

Reliable, punctual, organized, and responsible

Able to work efficiently in a rapid-paced production environment

Strong attention to detail and consistency

Position Details

Position: Full-time Night Baker

Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Pay: $20–$24 per hour, depending on experience

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
