- Keep the kitchen area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary ingredients and supplies

Requirements

- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or as a line cook within a restaurant or food service environment
- Strong knowledge of food handling safety standards and sanitation procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting during night shifts
- Excellent understanding of meal preparation techniques and culinary fundamentals
- Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant environment is highly preferred
- Good communication skills and ability to work well as part of a team
