Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable, motivated Night Shift Supervisor to lead our evening team.

This role is responsible for overseeing nightly operations, ensuring excellent customer service, supporting team members during busy periods, and maintaining smooth, efficient service throughout the shift.

The Night Shift Supervisor is a hands-on leadership role, you’ll be actively running the floor, supporting production, assisting guests, and helping the team succeed in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities

As Night Shift Supervisor, you will:

- Lead and oversee all evening shift operations
- Run the floor and direct team members during peak periods
- Assist with taking customer orders and cash handling
- Support production by helping prepare food, frozen treats, cakes, and beverages
- Ensure speed of service and product quality standards are consistently met
- Handle customer concerns professionally and resolve issues effectively
- Coach and support team members throughout the shift
- Monitor cleanliness, food safety, and operational standards
- Complete nightly procedures, shift tasks, and closing responsibilities
- Help maintain a positive, productive team environment

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience handling customer service concerns
- Cash handling and POS experience an asset

Availability Applicants must be available for evening, late-night, and weekend shifts.

Both full-time (30+ hours) and part-time opportunities are available depending on availability and experience.

Compensation & Growth

Starting wage is $20.00/hour minimum, with higher starting pay available for candidates with relevant supervisory experience.

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
