We are seeking a dedicated Non-Sterile Pharmacy LEVEL C Compounding Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in our compounding pharmacy operations, helping to prepare customized medication formulations that are not available commercially.

Key Responsibilities:

- Accurately weigh, measure, and mix ingredients to prepare non-sterile compounded medications, following prescription orders.
- Maintain rigorous standards of cleanliness and organization within the compounding lab to prevent cross-contamination.
- Assist in managing inventory of compounding supplies and medications, ensuring that all materials are stored appropriately and are within their expiry dates.
- Adhere to all regulatory requirements and pharmacy protocols related to non-sterile compounding.
- Provide exceptional customer service,



answering questions and offering advice with the support of the pharmacy team.
- Work collaboratively with pharmacists and other team members to ensure a high level of patient care and satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of compounding experience in a pharmacy setting.
- Completion of a recognized compounding training course would be helpful, but not necessary, as we will provide training based on our standard operating procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructions.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Commitment to maintaining high-quality standards and patient safety.

Location This is a full-time position located in Kitchener, Ontario.

Employment Type

Full time (40-45 hours per week).

Salary

Salary will be commensurate with knowledge and experience.
