We are looking to hire a Heavy Duty Shop Foreman to lead our maintenance operations, manage daily repair priorities, and serve as the central communication hub for our mechanics and field crews. This position is full time/permanent with the offer of employee benefits.

Requirements:

- Red Seal Truck Transport or Heavy Equipment Technician.
- Valid Class 5 driver?s license
- Exceptional ability to evaluate breakdown urgency and adapt shop workflows
- Communicating between field personnel and shop technicians for repairs
- Mechanic knowledge an asset

Responsibilities:

- Evaluate breakdown urgency and assign work orders
- Coordinate between field personnel and shop technicians
- Provide hands on diagnostic support to mechanics

Wages will be dependent on experience.
