Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM–6:00 PM

We’re looking for someone to run the day-to-day engine of our automotive finance BDC team.

This is not a sit-back-and-supervise management role. You’ll be inside the pipeline every day, helping move deals forward, coaching the team, solving problems, tracking performance, and making sure opportunities don’t get missed.

At Approval Express Canada, we help Canadians secure vehicle financing and rebuild their credit. We have a busy pipeline, a strong sales team, and a lot of opportunity. We need someone who can take ownership of it.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Manage and organize the active finance pipeline
- Make sure deals, documents, lender conditions, and follow-ups are moving
- Monitor incoming leads and ensure the team is responding quickly
- Coach Finance Assistants through calls, texts, objections, and difficult files
- Review client conversations and step in when a second voice is needed
- Work closely with our closers to get deals across the finish line
- Track KPIs, signed deals, income verification, and team performance
- Run regular deal reviews, call reviews, and finance training
- Help set monthly targets, contests, and team goals
- Jump into credit, lender, and deal-related tasks when needed

WHO WE WANT You’re probably a strong fit if you:

- Have experience in automotive finance,



dealership sales, BDC, lending, or sales management
- Are extremely organized and hate seeing deals fall through the cracks
- Know how to coach, motivate, and hold people accountable
- Are confident jumping into difficult client situations
- Understand sales pipelines and performance metrics

- Take ownership instead of waiting to be told what to do
- Want to lead a competitive, high-performing team

Automotive finance experience is a major asset, but strong sales leaders are encouraged to apply.

COMPENSATION

Expected total earnings: 8, 000-15,000+ per month.

Compensation includes guaranteed pay plus opportunities to earn from both personal sales and overall BDC team performance.
