: Provides direct client care activities including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
The General Duty
Nurse is responsible and accountable for the provision of safe client care services and programs. The main focus of this position is in the area of Operating Room, Emergency Room, and Ambulatory Care Services including Pre-Admission Clinic, Day Surgery, Endoscopy and Post-Anesthetic Care.
The incumbent will be required to float to other areas as directed. In-charge duties as required.

Education
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)
Other Education & Training
- Perioperative Nursing/Registered Nurses - Advanced Certificate or equivalent
- Perioperative course is required
- Nursing diploma is acceptable
Other Information
- Unqualified candidates must be willing to get the Perioperative Nursing training
- May be eligible for Recruitment and/or Retention Incentives
- Registered/eligible with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS)
