Ross Memorial Hospital in Lindsay, Ontario, is seeking a Temporary Part-Time Clinical Scholar to support Emergency and Critical Care. The role mentors newly graduated nurses, nurse externs, internationally educated nurses (IENs), and learners, promoting evidence-based practice and patient safety within a supernumerary position.

The Clinical Scholar will report to the Manager of Qualified Practice and Education and work to integrate research into daily clinical care while advancing competency
