BALANCED+ is a Mississauga-based managed IT and cybersecurity provider serving mid-market businesses across the GTA, British Columbia, and Calgary since 1994. We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to support our growing sales and business development team.
- Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, Sales, Technology, or a related field.;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.;
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a quick-paced environment.;
- Robust attention to detail and follow-through.;
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Word.;
- Comfortable conducting outbound phone calls and business development activities.;
- Professional, customer-focused attitude.
