Job summary

The Warehouse Associate has a key role in ensuring that products are received, verified, stored, and transported to the sales floor or in the warehouse in a safe and efficient manner. This role involves constant handling of merchandise that varies in weight from light to heavy throughout the shift.

Responsibilities:

- Receive, scan, verify, and properly store all incoming products.
- Organize and store overstock inventory.




- Process and ship returns, manage damaged product claims, and complete required paperwork.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Dispose of garbage and cardboard in accordance with workplace procedures.
- Safely operate warehouse equipment and follow all operating procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all Health and Safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements / Skills

- Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including standing and walking for up to 8 hours, frequent lifting and carrying, using a ladder, and regularly twisting, turning, and reaching.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Solid computer skills and the ability to learn recent systems and processes.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations and challenges.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks and priorities.
- Forklift and/or Skyjack (scissor lift) certification is considered an asset.
- Previous warehouse or related experience is considered an asset.
