This is a Permanent Part-time independent contractor positions available for our clinic in Oshawa and home based services.

The Occupational Therapist would primarily treat children home based or in our Oshawa clinic . This position is casual with flexible schedules.

Responsibilities of this position include:

· Provide assessments

· Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans

· Maintain progress notes

· Provide counselling to families regarding implementation of goals

· Collaborate with colleagues within and across professions

· Manage own caseload and maintain complete records of therapy.

Required qualifications

· Master of Science in Occupational Therapy

· Registered and good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario

· Proof of professional liability

· Recent Vulnerable Sector Screening

· Vehicle for travel and a valid driver’s license and auto-insurance required
