We are looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our growing countertop fabrication and installation team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is confident handling customer communication, scheduling, and office administration.

Experience in construction, renovation, cabinetry, or countertop industry is an asset, but we are willing to train the right candidate with a positive attitude and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

- Answer phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries professionally
- Manage front desk duties and assist visitors/customers
- Prepare quotes, invoices, and work orders
- Schedule site visits, templating, fabrication, and installation appointments
- Coordinate with sales staff, installers, and shop team
- Maintain organized filing systems and project records
- Perform accurate data entry using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
- Assist with general office and clerical duties




- Support basic bookkeeping and administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

- Previous office assistant or administrative experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
- Robust attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Construction or renovation industry experience is an asset
