Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant to support our service/retail location for an entry level position. The ideal candidate will assist with inventory management, procurement, and customer service & repairs ensuring smooth daily operations. Willing to train the right applicant

Responsibilities

- Assist with sourcing and procurement of parts, supplies, and equipment.

- Support data entry related to inventory, purchase orders, and supply chain documentation

- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials

- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and supply chain activities using Sage 50

- Assist in warehouse operations, including the use of forklifts when necessary





- Provide exceptional customer service to internal teams and external clients

- Support service with mechanical & electrical repairs

- Assist with Warranty claims and customer relations

Qualification assets

- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail

- Mechanical knowledge

- Ability to operate forklifts safely

- Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanor

- Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting and adapt to changing priorities

Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
