ABOUT YOU:We're looking for a Junior Application Engineer to join our Customer Success team. You are a technical person who likes building relationships and talking to customers. You enjoy explaining things, answering questions, and solving customer problems, and you're not intimidated by a room full of people, whether that’s a dealer training session or an engineering meeting. If you're an engineer that is social and outgoing, we can teach you gas detection.You'll start closer to the day-to-day: project design, quotes and technical support. That's how you learn the product line and what matters to our dealers. From there it grows to include specifying systems, drawings and submittals, sales calls, dealer training and engineering sessions.This is a customer-facing engineering track, not a product development one.
