Realstar is seeking an Assistant Resident Manager to live on-site at one of our Vancouver properties. The role requires you to live on-site and work four weekdays each week, every second weekend, and be on-call some evenings.

Responsibilities include customer service, general cleaning, and property maintenance, with supervision support for repairs and trades coordination. Base compensation ranges from CAD 37,000 to 39,000, plus employer-paid perks and bonuses.
