Valard Construction is seeking an HR Onboarding Advisor & Field Recruitment Coordinator to join our HR team based in Edmonton or Calgary, AB. The role focuses on delivering a compliant onboarding experience and coordinating field recruitment for union and non-union operations.

Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner, you will lead end-to-end onboarding, manage recruitment life cycles, and support union dispatch and HR operations with robust attention to detail.
