Stage Windows & Doors in Vaughan, ON, is seeking an experienced HR Manager for a 12‑month maternity leave contract. The role reports to the President & CEO and focuses on employee relations, payroll, compliance, perks, HRIS, and HR programs in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities include leading investigations, coaching managers, managing leaves, terminations, and ensuring compliance with Ontario employment laws and company policies.
