Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver patient-oriented, goal-directed nursing care
• Evaluate and implement effective care plans
• Complete accurate clinical care assessments and documentation




• Coach unregulated care providers effectively
• Build trust through ongoing communication with residents and families
Requirements:
• Current registration as an LPN in your province
• Strong clinical knowledge and experience with seniors
• Education in gerontology or related fields preferred
• Basic Cardiac Life Support and First Aid certifications required
• Current Vulnerable Sector Check or willingness to obtain one
