Job Duties & Skills:

• Scheduling and overseeing activities of farm workers


• Ensuring farm safety protocols are followed


• Managing outbound shipping/paperwork


• Coordinating building, yard and equipment maintenance schedules


• Conducting planting, fertilizing, cutting, raking, baling, harvest, and post harvest activities


• General farm duties as required
