Senior Solutions Engineer We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft 365 Solutions Engineer with deep expertise in Power Platform (especially Power Apps and the Center of Excellence), Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and custom application development. This role will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise‑grade solutions that enhance collaboration, productivity, and digital transformation across the organization. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions using M365 services.

Develop custom applications and integrations leveraging Microsoft Graph, Azure Functions, and other up-to-date development frameworks. Establish governance, security, and lifecycle management for Power Platform assets. Drive adoption and enablement of M365 tools through training, documentation, and support.

Monitor and optimize performance, reliability, and security of M365 services. Stay current with Microsoft roadmap updates and proactively recommend improvements. 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365 technologies.



~ Strong experience with Exchange Online administration and migration. ~ Deep knowledge of SharePoint Online architecture, site design, and content management. ~ Familiarity with OneDrive for Business deployment and support. ~ Proficiency in application development using Microsoft Graph API, Azure Logic Apps, and related technologies. ~ Microsoft certifications such as PL-600, MS-203, or MS-700.

Experience with Azure AD, Intune, and Microsoft Endpoint Manager.

Background in Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
