Job Title: Medical Operations Specialist

Location: North York, Canada (1 Day onsite in two weeks)

Duration: 6 Months (Possibility of extension)

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities The Medical Operations Specialist is responsible for ensuring that all promotional and non-promotional material produced and used in the commercial support of products meet Company, Health Canada, and industry standards and are reviewed, approved, and produced as per applicable Material Review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

- Plan, conduct, and execute the material review process for a portfolio of products
- Evaluate each project prior to initiation of the review cycle to ensure materials are produced as per the SOP and adhere to Health Canada, PAAB, IClient, and HCC guidelines.




- Maintain all documentation as outlined in SOPs to establish a proper audit trail.
- Provide department and project support as needed

Minimum Qualification:

- University degree
- 2 to 4 years of experience in related areas of the pharmaceutical industry (e.g., Advertising, Marketing, Compliance)
- In-depth knowledge and experience with Veeva PromoMats
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and Canadian regulations (PAAB, IClient, ASC, and HC)
- Robust communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to collaborate with business partners
