Purpose:

The purpose of a Operations Associate - Warehouse and Equipment Support is to efficiently manage and handle various tasks within a warehouse to ensure smooth operations. The warehouse associates play a crucial role in supporting the supply chain by managing inventory flow, maintaining order accuracy, and contributing to timely distribution of goods.

Salary: $18.45/hr

Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Schedule: Wednesday to Saturday: 10AM-9PM

Job Responsibilities:

- Comply with all workplace health and safety policies and personal safety responsibilities
- Ensure work is completed accurately, safely, and in compliance with company policies and procedures
- Ensures that all customer orders are processed in a timely and effective manner
- Handle and maintain equipment and supplies according to established procedures
- Support warehouse operations including picking, packing, labeling, Kit assembly and staging
- Responsible for returning all cancelled, double picked, unsuccessful orders to stock.
- Perform basic inspection, cleaning, and tracking of equipment and inventory
- Assist with inventory counts, stock replenishment, and organization of storage areas
- Record information related to inventory, equipment, or errors as required




- Communicate and collaborate with internal/external teams to resolve operational issues
- Participate in required training and continuous improvement activities
- Perform other duties as assigned to support operational needs

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in warehouse, operations, equipment handling, or technical support is an asset

Work Environment:
- Must be able to stand/walk for the duration of a shift.
- Ability to work in non-climate-controlled environments (extreme heat/cold)
- Must be able to lift, push, and pull materials consistently throughout the shift.

SKILLS:
- Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Basic computer skills
- Commitment to safety, quality, and customer service
